Nature!

What do you think about nature? I think it’s wonderful! When I go to a place where there is a lot of trees, I just feel so full of energy to explore the wonderful sight. Like for example when I went to The Sequoia National Park I was breathless. I just couldn’t imagine that such a place existed because I would just see places like that in the T.V. I was so happy because that is an example of how God wants us to convert the Earth like. That is his purpose of how we should live. In a place where there is no contamination or air pollution, all natural! Imagine living in a place like that where there is a lot of trees, fresh air and animals! I would just love to live in a place like that!

My Opinion Changed

In the past three years I have changed my attitude and opinion about running as an exercise and my eating habits. In the first year I started, running was just a way to lose weight.  I thought that it was torture and that as soon as I reached my desired weight, I would stop running because I thought I was going to stay like that forever and that I didn’t need to exercise more. As the weeks would pass I started getting better and better at running. Sadly I started eating wrong to reach that goal faster. I did lose the weight but I was so hungry at the end that I was craving everything I would see and I started eating everything. Since I reached my goal I stopped running which made me gain the weight faster and more than what I use to weigh. My brother would always tell me that I better not starve myself but I didn’t listen to him and at the end he found out because I gained a lot of weight and he got mad at me. I did that twice. I guess it had to happen twice so I could learn my lesson.
Now my brother gives me more good eating habits and advice so I can reach my goal. He always encourages me to stay healthy and to keep running by not starving myself. He checks up on me whenever to see if I am running and eating healthy. Thanks to him I am reaching my goal the good way which is by eating healthy and making running as an exercise as a routine I enjoy doing every day. Now I know that losing weight is something I have to work on everyday to stay in good shape and that it’s not going to be a temporary thing  if I want to look good. Even though I still don’t reach my weight, I am seeing the results little by little and it makes me happy to know it’s for all my good and hard work! Running to me now is something that I love to do and I don’t want to stop doing it ever and is not torture anymore, it’s something I have fun doing!

Family Matters A Lot

Family to me is something important because they are the main support you have to have to live a good life. They help you out when you are feeling down and they are happy for you when you are happy. Family also makes you who you are. For example if they don’t pay attention to you, you might end up neglected and not have that much self-esteem to make friends because you might think they will neglect you to.
In a family, all its members have to contribute to it in order for it to be successful according to the Bible. God wants it to be happy so that is why he gave us instructions so it could be that way. Since he created the family, he knows exactly what we need to do to be cooperative in it so it can last forever. First of all we need to demonstrate love to one another in your family like God does to each and every one of us by giving his son Jesus to the world so we can receive his forgiveness. The father needs to love his wife like he loves his own body just like Jesus loved his followers and gave his life for them. Even if the wife sometimes doesn’t act with good judgment, the father needs to remember he to commits mistakes to and that he is not perfect either. The husbands need to be considerate of their wives because they are very fragile. He needs to have in mind her limitations and her physical needs like the love both need to show each other. The bible says that he who loves his wife, he loves his own self because once they get married they become one person. Each one has to be occupied in satisfying the needs of one another and not each one just worried about their own needs (What the Bible Really Teaches).
The same goes for the wife, she needs to learn how to forgive and forget to. That is why the bible says that a happy marriage is a union of people that know how to forgive each other. She also needs to remember that the husband might do mistakes to and she should not try to take over his position in the family because it belongs to him. As for the kids, they should obey their parents like Jesus obeyed his father which makes God happy and their parents to (What the Bible Really Teaches).
